pat-Error Could not load templates from dbconfig.html

If you are installing joomla and you had this error – check again that all installation files has been uploaded.  It could be the file dbconfig.html was not found in the directory installation/template/tmpl/

This is mainly caused by failed transfers if you are using ftp access.
